The discussion will review the historic voter turnout in the presidential election, the Georgia Senate runoff results, and ways to continue to grow civic engagement and participation in the years between presidential elections. 

The People’s Holiday is NMAAHC’s annual program honoring Dr. King’s commitment to racial equality, justice, and service. The 45-minute concert of jazz and poetry will feature performances of students from The Julliard School, etc.
