The group is visiting Washington and is eager to know other Harvard alumni with similar interests. All are welcome to attend.

This group brings together graduate students interested in science policy and provides a platform for understanding, applying, and exploring the intersection of science and policy.

This semester, for the first time, the group is visiting  Washington DC with 10-15 students interested in policy, and they hope to make it a permanent fixture in the future. The goals of this trip are to learn how scientists and policymakers tackle science policy issues and to explore career paths for scientists in policy and government. They are planning to visit federal agencies, think tanks, and non-profit organizations involved in policy making in science, healthcare, and technology.

There is no charge but please buy a drink or drinks to support our vendor, Paper Moon. This Italian restaurant has graciously welcomed us during more than a decade to their establishment and invited us to enjoy a lovely buffet at no charge.
