[IN PERSON] Harvard Club Night at Arena Stage
Join us for a special musical theatre event hosted by the Harvard Club: a private pre-show tour followed a rousing performance of Catch Me If You Can.
Date: Friday, April 8th, 2022 at 7:00 - 10:30pm ET
Location: Arena Stage, 1101 6th Street Southwest, Washington, DC 20024
The tour will include a talk about the history and architecture of the gorgeous Mead Center for American Theater – the largest performing arts complex in DC after the Kennedy Center. For the play, we have secured a block of discounted seats in rows C through E. Tickets are $70 for including box office fees. (The Arena Stage price for these tickets alone – without the private tour – is $74.)
Catch Me If You Can is “a high-flying musical roller coaster filled with glamour and delight for the entire family.” Humor, music and dance drive this show based on true events and a critically acclaimed film. See how charming, young con man Frank Abagnale Jr. posed as an airline pilot, a lawyer and a doctor — and then escaped police custody, all before he turned 22. Arena Stage will present never-before-seen version of this classic that includes two songs not heard in the work's 2011 Broadway run.
Patrons must show proof of vaccination and wear approved masks (see https://www.arenastage.org/tickets/healthsafetyfaq/). Please arrive at 7:00pm and gather in the upstairs lobby for the pre-show tour. The show will start at 8:00pm. There you can also purchase drinks and snacks to enjoy before the show. Tickets will be held at "will call" in the name of the purchaser.
