Sunday, May 20th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

This is your chance to learn everything you ever wanted to know and more about the Mediterranean diet, reportedly the healthiest in the world.  With our white wine we will enjoy dips, goat cheese and a variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars.  We will learn to make a perfect vinaigrette.

Each participant will leave with $30 worth of bespoke olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
