Last year’s gathering was our 13th sellout out of 16 years, featuring more than 80 alumni chapters and over 1,200 guests. This year is on pace to be another sellout!
Your all-inclusive ticket provides you access to the exclusive tent area, our quality buffet, an open bar with premium liquor, beer, and wine selections, bus transportation to and from Great Meadow either from Virginia or DC and of course, the races themselves. A limited number of tent-only and car passes are also available. Tickets sell out every year so be sure to act fast! You won’t want to miss the largest intra-alumni social event of the year!
Tickets are priced at the following:
◾Tent and Bus: $134.99 (Ballston pick up/drop off) Access to University Row's private tent area and round-trip bus transportation from Rock Bottom at the Ballston Common Mall, located at 4238 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, VA on the Orange Line Metro. Check-in begins at 7:30am, buses leave from 10:00am to 11:00am. Buses depart Great Meadow from 4:30pm to 6:00 pm to return.
Tent and Bus: $139.99 (DC pick up/drop off) Access to University Row's private tent area and round-trip bus transportation from the Mad Hatter, 1319 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington DC in Dupont Circle. Check-in begins at 9:00am, bus leaves at 10:30am. Bus departs Great Meadow at 6:00 pm to return.
◾Tent Only: $109.99 (doesn't include bus transportation) If you are planning to drive, a valid race day Parking Pass will be required for entry on to the grounds. Directions to the event will be printed on your parking pass.
◾Car Pass (for one car with up to five passengers): $79.99
You have to return to the same bus pick up location.
University Row is an all-volunteer event with all proceeds going to serve alumni chapters and student scholarships.
Also, if you have a Harvard Banner, please bring one and be sure to bring tape or string to tie it up! We will be taking a group picture.
