Come hear Alan Bersin AB '68 speak about challenges and opportunities facing American schools today.  Bersin is current acting Assistant Secretary for Policy and the Chief Diplomatic Officer at the Department of Homeland Security. Secretary Bersin served as the Secretary of Education of California (2005-2006) and Superintendent of San Diego City Schools (1998-2005).  

#edchatdc Breakfast Club is a new initiative for Harvard University alumni living in the DMV.  These monthly meetups are meant to give alumni the opportunity to hear from an expert in the field of education and network with alumni who are interested in related issues. All are welcome to attend.
