Volunteer to Plant Trees in DC
The Harvard Club is organizing volunteers to plant new shade trees in DC through Casey Trees, a local non-profit, on Saturday, April 22nd from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. You would pass this location while traveling on Suitland Parkway without noticing it, until now! We will be planting trees to create a vegetated buffer along the parkway.
There is no cost to volunteer or specific experience needed. Volunteers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Space for this event is limited and advance registration is required.
