Dr. Boushey will discuss key findings from her book, Finding Time: The Economics of Work-Life Conflict. She argues that one way inequality has played out is that, up and down the income ladder, families struggle with the loss of a 'silent partner' at home who provides care (and sanity!) Her talk will be followed by a question & answer session and a reception with hors d'oeuvres and refreshments.
