a conversation with Heather Boushey, Executive Director at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth
The DC Chapter of the Alumnae-i Network for Harvard Women (ANHW) and the Women Lawyers Network (WLN) of McGuireWoods LLP are pleased to invite you to join us for a conversation with Heather Boushey, Executive Director at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth and former Chief Economist for Hillary Clinton's transition team.
Location: McGuireWoods LLP, 2001 K Street Northwest #400, Washington, DC 20006
Tickets: $15 (plus EventBrite service fee)
Dr. Boushey will discuss key findings from her book, Finding Time: The Economics of Work-Life Conflict. She argues that one way inequality has played out is that, up and down the income ladder, families struggle with the loss of a 'silent partner' at home who provides care (and sanity!) Her talk will be followed by a question & answer session and a reception with hors d'oeuvres and refreshments.
