Join us for a night out where you will learn how to create a fabulous floral arrangement while sipping BOTTOMLESS champagne and enjoying hors d'oeuvres in the lounge of Tulips DC! At the end of class, take your bouquet home in a cute vase and brag to your friends about your new skills!
