Biography
Sarah Beller AB ’03 is a coach, facilitator, entrepreneur, and musician who inspires and empowers people to bring about a more just and thriving world. After a decade in the non-profit sector building movements that address pressing global issues such as the refugee crisis and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Sarah recently launched her own venture. Through Realize Change, Sarah supports women who want to find fulfilling next steps in their careers and unleash their visions for positive change.
 

Trained by Presence-Based Coaching, an institute accredited by the International Coach Federation, Sarah has worked with 26 clients on four continents during her first year of professional coaching. Sarah is the co-founder of SongRise, an acclaimed women’s social justice a cappella group that has appeared on CNN and BBC, and a recipient of Avodah’s Partners in Justice Award for visionary leadership in pursuit of social justice.
 

She holds a bachelors degree in social anthropology from Harvard College and a masters degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University. Sarah lives in Washington DC with her husband Scott Rechler AB ’03 and their young son, whose current passion is making art.
